Reported at the cycle 37 review; not bet at the betting table, so it has no
shaping document. The half week above is what it actually took, entered after
the fact rather than bet in advance.
- Add data provenance, so a savepoint can name the f90 and py commits that
generated it
- Add an
inspect_savepoint script — manual execution for now — to check that
generated data is actually useful
- Move the documentation out of HackMD and into the repository
- Two bugs already found and fixed by doing this
