Work that makes the rest of the work cheaper: better data provenance, tolerances
that keep meaning something as bugs are fixed, scripts somebody can read. None
of it was bet at a betting table — it was reported at the cycle 37 review as
having happened anyway, which is exactly the kind of work that has nowhere to
live and so goes unrecorded.
