Problem
There is no continuous benchmarking for the full standalone driver distributed,
so nobody can see whether the driver as a whole is getting faster.
Appetite
Two weeks at most. The minimum is the full standalone driver with one
experiment; separate initial conditions, more experiments and more timesteps are
bonus.
Solution
Follow the existing bencher benchmarks, which should be straightforward. The MPI
setup needs verifying for bencher runs, in particular that results are uploaded
by one rank only.
